Thomas Townsend has an impressive track record leading growth and innovation in IT Customer Engagement, Governance and Program Management to include fixed infrastructure and mobile technologies.
Thomas has more than 18 years of IT experience in innovative software design, optimized platform implementation and high availability operations management for Fortune 500 firms such as US West, Sprint, Ernst & Young and Liberty Mutual. Thomas is an accomplished leader of large domestic and international execution design projects to include system development and infrastructure deployment for enterprise wide computing, telephony and video conferencing initiatives.
Consistent, with TTG's mission, Thomas is a graduate of Western Washington University with a B.S in Computer Science and possesses a Graduate Certificate in Program Management from University of Denver. He also has earned the distinguished Lean Six-Sigma Certification.
