Thomas is part of the Organization Transformation & Executive Competency Practice Area and as such brings a wealth of business, people and process excellence knowledge and experience. Mr. Murach is a proven transformational executive with over 30 years of diverse, global industry experience. In addition to being the Chief Financial Officer for a multi-billion dollar international service division, his expertise includes leading global teams of cross-functional executives in improving all aspects of companies’ value chains.
Thomas began his career with Arthur Andersen where he earned his CPA and set the foundation for a multi-dimensional career as a Finance executive and transformation leader at industry leading companies. At Digital Equipment Corporation he was CFO of the European Product Service Division as well as Corporate Benchmarking Executive. At PricewaterhouseCoopers he led consulting teams redesigning global Human Resources processes and developing new business practices. As a Senior Vice President at Bank of America he held positions in the Chief Financial Officers organization, in Customer service, and in Human Resources. He has worked closely with executives of Fortune 50 companies in transforming major elements of their value chain and significantly improving their competitive positions.
Thomas is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and received his Masters Degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. Finally, Thomas is active in his church community.
