K has more than 19 years of experience with companies such as Sprint, Aetna and the Compass Group in network/information technology systems development, operational management and customer service. Throughout her career, she has taken lead roles in developing and implementing creative solutions to solve complex problems and improve customer satisfaction.

She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.  She also holds the distinguished designation of American Management Association Leadership Fellow.
