John Quinn

John is a part of the Strategic Marketing & Customer Engagement Practice and as such brings a wealth of business and customer experience knowledge.    John Quinn is a proven transformational executive with over 30 years of diverse, global industry experience.  His expertise includes leading and integrating large scale growth-oriented teams focused on improving the customer and internal associate experience while driving down costs. 

Mr. Quinn began his impressive career with Procter & Gamble.  He was with FedEx as a Vice President for Supply Chain Services and Vice President of the Greater China Region.  Most recently he was with Bank of America where he held positions as Senior Vice President of Customer Service, Transaction Services and Global Treasury Operations.   John joins TTG in addition to his role as Director and Chief Advisor of the J E Quinn & Associates.  John provides expert advise to C-level and Sr. Functional Executives on: Customer Driven Service and Solutions, Customer Experience/Call Center Improvement,  Operational Cost Reduction, Business Transformation, Supply Chain Solutions, Sourcing Assessment and Management, Global Process Design and Execution,  and the introduction of New Paradigms, all focused on creating innovative approaches resulting in game changing and sustainable business transformation.

 

Consistent, with TTG’s mission, John is currently serving on the Goodwill of the Southern Piedmont Board of Directors, the Georgia Tech Industrial and Systems Engineering Business Advisory Board.   John has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from The University of Memphis.
