Jeff Freedman

For the past 12 years, Jeff has coached owners, executives, and their teams in Fortune 500 and privately-held companies across the United States. With them, he works to clarify the vision, and build and execute customized high-impact action plans that drive superior personal and business results.

Jeff brings perspective, Fortune 200 experience, and over 25 years of hands-on business experience in a wide range of positions at Bank of America, Walt Disney World, Aldus Corporation (now Adobe Systems), and The Boeing Company.  His career includes roles in R&D Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and Organization & Leadership Development.

Jeff has designed and facilitated customized business transformations for organizations $20 Million to $2 Billion, enabling senior leaders to successfully execute and sustain new business strategies, organization structures, and operational efficiencies, as well as mitigate risk, drive employee engagement, and achieve annual business goals and financials for a competitive advantage.

Consistent with TTG's mission, Jeff holds a M.S. in Organization Development (MSOD) from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of California at Santa Barbara.   He lectures at universities and executive forums throughout the U.S. on Strategy Execution, Implementing Change, and Succession Management.
