John is part of the Strategic Marketing & Customer Engagement Practice of TTG. As such, John brings an impressive track record leading growth and innovation in eCommerce Sales, Service and Security to include internet and mobile technologies. John is an accomplished leader of large domestic and international contact centers to include voice, email, postal and text chat channels. John led deployment of point of sale technologies such as pay-at-the-pump and Speedpass for the oil industry and implemented highly effective sales fulfillment strategies for the banking industry.

John has more than 30 years experience leading the Sales, Operations and Technology for companies at the top of the Fortune 100. John’s background includes SVP and Head of Online Services for Wachovia Bank, SVP and Head of Electronic Banking Services for Bank of America, VP of Financial Advisory Centers for Merrill Lynch, VP of Investor Services for the Vanguard Group and Head of Business Systems for Mobil Oil Corporation.

John is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master of Science degree in Systems Management. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Cal State University, Long Beach. He is a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt and holds NASD financial licenses for series 6, 7, 26 and 63.
