Doyle Young

Doyle Young joins TTG from his current role as Co-Founder of the EverChange Group.   Doyle consults with organizations of all sizes that are undergoing rapid change and looking to efficiently and effectively execute their business strategy.  He’s client work centers around the impact of change on the capacity of an organization to sustain continued growth in the key areas of product development, technology, finance and organizational performance.

Doyle’s work has been recognized by Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan Business School, the Wall St. Journal and many other well respected educational and media organizations. He is a frequent speaker for numerous professional organizations including: The Entrepreneurship Institute, SHRM, Inc. Magazine, Wall Street Journal, The Human Resource Council, The U.S. Department of Labor and The American Management Association. He has also appeared on TV and is a frequent contributor to various business publications including Covey Executive Excellence and Personnel News. He writes a nationally syndicated column on workforce development topics read by 2.5 million subscribers in over 25 cities.

Doyle is the co-author of, “The Ever-Changing Organization: Creating the capacity for continuous change, learning and improvement” (St. Lucie Press, Sept. 1999). He is working on his second book, “Crossing the Execution Chasm” due out in the summer of 2010-. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Northridge, California and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco - currently, he is working on his doctorial dissertation. Doyle is a professor at the Fermanian School of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, Vietnam National University (Hanoi), Ho Chi Minh University (Saigon) and California MiraMar University.
